Digital Procurement DP AB, org. nr. 559101-8527, with address Kammakargatan 48, 111 60 Bromma, Sweden (“Digital Procurement”) is a company established in Sweden and complies with applicable data protection legislation in Sweden.This privacy policy clarifies the types of personal data we may process and for what purpose.

1. PRIVACY POLICY SCOPE

The Privacy Policy refers to the processing of personal data for which Digital Procurement is the Personal Data Controller. The Privacy Policy applies when you share your personal information directly or indirectly with Digital Procurement when you visit our site or use any of our services.The Privacy Policy does not cover the processing of personal data that Digital Procurement carries out as Personal Data Processor to customers. 2. PERSONAL DATA TO BE TREATED

Personal data refers to data that can be attributed to you. We may treat the following types of personal data that may be attributed to you:

    User behavior including digital behavior (such as behavior within the application) (“Digital Behavior”).

    Technical data (such as device ID, IP address) (“Technical Data”).

3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

The purpose and the legal basis for the treatment of each of the personal data categories are as follows:

  • We process Account Details based on your consent to provide Digital Procurement’s services, including enabling us to contact you to e.g. follow up your user experience.

    We deal with Digital Behavior based on our legitimate interest in improving our software, understanding and analyzing user - - behavior and improving the user experience.

    We process Technical Data based on our legitimate interest to understand users.

4. STORAGE OF DATA

Personal data is stored as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose. Personal data stored on the basis of your consent will be deleted if the consent is revoked. Note that the revocation of consent does not affect the processing of data that is done on behalf of another Personal Data Controller. Excess data is anonymized and saved after the purpose of the data has been met.

6. INFORMATION PARTICIPATION WITH THIRD PARTY AND TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTY COUNTRIES

We may share personal data with our Personal Data Processors for the reasons stated above. Some of the Personal Data Processors may be established outside the EEA. We ensure that the Personal Data Processors we work with meet an adequate security standard. To ensure an adequate security standard, for example, the EU’s standard data transfer clauses or (if the transfer is made to the United States) is made by ensuring that the Personal Data Processor is affiliated with Privacy Shield.We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
